You can easily reserve a bike at EasyFiets through our website. Just follow these steps:

1. Go to our reservation page.
2. Select the type and number of bikes you’d like to rent.
3. Fill in the required details, such as the date, your name, phone number, and email address.
4. Optionally indicate if you want the bikes delivered.
5. Confirm your reservation.

Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll be ready to go in under 5 minutes!

Call us as soon as possible. We’ll report the theft to the police. Since you’re insured against theft, the costs are limited. Check our price list for the current deductible.

Yes, in case of theft a deductible applies. See our price list for current amounts.

No, we do not require a deposit for our bikes.

Bikes are rented on a daily basis. This means if you pick up a bike on Monday, it must be returned before 9:00 AM on Tuesday.

If you experience any issues along the way, give us a call and we’ll find a solution together. We may contact a nearby bike shop or come out ourselves — depending on what’s the best option. Please note: we currently do not provide assistance outside of our opening hours.

The e-bike has a range of about 60 km. The e-cargo bike and e-tandem have a range between 50 and 70 km. This depends greatly on how much you pedal yourself and the level of assistance used. A tailwind helps too!

The routes we made go through Leiden, to Katwijk (beach), through the Bulb region (Keukenhof), through Meijendel (The Hague) and along the Kaag.

Our routes use the Dutch junction point network. This is a connected grid of cycling routes using numbers to indicate where to go. If you are going to junciton 5 you follow the green and white signs saying 5 until you reach it. When you get there you go to 11 for example. You continue this until you have finished the whole route.

Using the Fietsnetwerk app you can easily follow the route on your phone and see where you are on the map.

We aim to have your bike repaired within 1 week. This depends on our workload and the availability of parts. In the meantime, you’ll receive a loan bike, so you can stay mobile.

No, you don’t need an appointment! Just walk in, and we’ll help you as soon as possible. If we can’t repair it right away, you’ll receive a loan bike to use in the meantime.

We strive to repair your bike as quickly as possible. If the repair is simple and we have the parts in stock, we may be able to finish it on the same day.

Yes, we also repair e-bikes. Our mechanics are trained to work on a wide range of bicycles, including electric models.

Yes, we always provide a loan bike while your bike is being repaired, so you can stay mobile.

We specialize in city bikes. However, we can also repair e-bikes and children’s bikes. For racing bikes and mountain bikes, we recommend visiting a specialized bike shop.

You can pay by card, cash, or mobile payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also offer the option to pay directly via email or text message.

Yes, where possible, we use high-quality original parts to ensure durable and reliable repairs.

Yes, we offer a pickup and delivery service. Please call us for more information or to schedule this service.

Yes our space is limited, so we ask you to pick up your bike as quick as possible. After 4 days we charge €2,50 per day storage fee.

Our mission is to make sure people can cycle easily, affordable and carefree. We try to accomplish this in three ways:

Second hand lease bikes. We recycle left-over bikes and get them back on the streets as refurbished lease bikes. For a fixed fee you get a bike, including maintenance and service.

Bike rental. A nice day on the road without a care in the world. A decent bike, fun cycling routes and easily booked. From citybike to electric bikes, everyone can enjoy a nice day on a bike.

Electric bikes. We offer the convenience of an E-bike without the risks and hassle. We select the bike with which you can cycle for many years to come. Adjust it you your needs and let us take care of it.

We collect bikes from various parties. From municipalities,  appartment managers or people who have an extra bike in the shed. We take in these bikes and see if we can recycle them.

We have bikes with pedal brakes or handbrakes and gears. See our page about Our bikes for more information.

You can pay online or in the store at the beginning of your subscription. Then you can choose for a direct debit payment or prepaid. With direct debit your subscription will be automatically extended at the beginning of each month. We will automatically withdraw the money from your bank account, a valid IBAN is herefore required. You can also pay for a selected period in advance with prepaid. After that you can easily extend the contract in the shop or hand in the bike.

You can hand in the bike at the end of the rental period and you will get your deposit back.

The minimal leasing period is 3 months. If you need a bike for a few days we have rental bikes, which you can rent per day. See our page Bike Rental for more information.

If you choose our regular bicycles, such as Standard or Premium, we can usually deliver them as soon as the next day. Of course, this depends on the order size.

If we supply the bicycles, we also take care of their maintenance. This way, we ensure the bicycles last as long as possible.

Do you already have company bikes? We can maintain those for you as well. We’re happy to come and inspect your fleet to assess the condition of the bicycles. Afterwards, we will provide a proposal for maintaining these bikes.

Yes, you can take a test ride in our store. This way you can experience the bike before making a decision.

After your purchase, we can also help you with bike repairs. Check our repairs page.

Don’t feel like dealing with maintenance yourself? You can also lease a bike, in which case all maintenance is included.

If you order a bike, you can often pick it up the next day. We will call you within 24 hours to arrange an appointment. You can also drop by and take a bike with you right away.
